Rhea a tradition embodied in Plato and in Chrysippus connected the word with ῥέω (rheo), "flow" (meaning Current) and married to Cronos (meaning Voltage).
Together Rhea and Cronos create Zeus, (meaning electrostatic discharge) seen as the thunderbolt.
